CORRUGATING AND PRESSURE ROLLS

We can manufacture A,B,C and E flute.Apart from these standard flutes we can also manufacture any other flute required;information on the theoretical take-up factor of the paper to be run can also be provided. The rolls are manufactured on the basis of special steel forgings with multiple heat treatments and induction hardening on the entire fluted surface,reading a hardness of 60-63 Rockwell C,equivalent to 220/235 kg/mm2 and as a final operation the rolls are finish ground.A final thorough check is carried out on our own test stand.We have special machinery available to regrind worn rolls. Prior to regrinding,we shallinform you on the characteristics of the new profile to be optained as  well as on the theoretical take-up factor of paper consumption.
