Contrary to the preheater which drives off moisture from the liner web,the
preconditioner showers steam to add moisture to the medium web for good
flute formation.
Each preconditioner is designed for 16 kg's/cm2 steam pressure and has a
diameter of 600 mms.The system includes static and moving control rolls and
devices and steam inlets and outlets. The steam is showered from both and of the
cylinder.Minimum heating area on the contour is 110 degrees.Carrying
construction body is cast iron.
Single facer paper is carried
from single facer to the glue machine by means of slow moving conveyors and
rollers. The structure supporting these conveyor is the bridge, which covers the
distance from single facer to the double facer and between single facers. The
bridge includes catwalks and conveyor.
Drying unit is made of 3
drying cylinders each having a diameter of 900 mm's.
The unit includes web guides
and control rolls, catwalks and steam inlets and outlets.Carrying construction
body is cast iron.
Gluing units consistently
applies a precise and uniform glue film to the tips of corrugated flutes of the
single face paper. All the rolls are made of special steel covered with hard
chromium.Carrying construction body is cast iron. The unit includes 6 starch
rolls and 2 starch trays. Pressure rolls are operated with pneumatic devices.
18 pieces of drying plates
designed for a steam pressure of 12-14 kg's/cm2,8 drying belt tension rolls,72
pieces of belt weight rolls constitute the unit.Belt weight rolls are
operated under pneumatic control.
STARCH
PREPARATION SYSTEM
The system consist of 1 starch
preparation tank having a capacity of 2000 litters, utilisation tank,4 units of
starch pumps,monopump,valves,fittings and piping.
For the single facers 3 units of DC drive motors each having 40 HP power,3 units
of DC drives control and current regulation system,AC- DC convertor,1 unit of DC
motor having a power of 60 HP for the drive belt system,an AC-DC converter for
this motor, various motors for various parts of the line and starch preparation
unit, electrical control panels for all DC and AC motors.
