A preheater is located before each single facer and before the glue machine.In addition to heating the liner and single face paper,preheater will drive of unwanted moisture by passing the paper over a heated revolving drum.A preheater is placed between the single facer and mill roll stand that is feeding the medium web.

Each preheater is designed for 16 kg's/cm2 steam pressure and has a diameter of 900 mms.Preheater also includes static and moving web control rolls and devices and steam in and outlets.The break system is mechanical.With adjustable moving rolls the web can touch the cylinder up to 60-270 degrees.

Carrying construction body is cast iron.
