SINGLE FACER

One single facer for the production of A flute and one single facer for the production of B flute.

C flute and E flute can also be manufactured  in any combination with above mentioned flutes depending on the chose of the customer.

Among the combinations A+B,A+C,B+E,C+E is recommended.

  All pressures and other movements on single facer are handled through pneumatic system.The group includes a sandwich conveyor for the transport of the corrugated board on to the bridge.There is also a tandem gluing station.The gluing station may also operate by ıtself during full stops of the system.This is necessary to prevent the drying of the glue in the station.

Lower chassis steel construction.Lateral chassis,seat,glueing unit , lateral chassis junctions in cast iron.Press and corrugating rolls made of special steel,heat treatment with chrome plated.Steam sealing is secured with high quality steel components.Single facers include moisturising and drying cylinders.
